Today’s agenda for the 2022 Generation Blue Experience® focused on providing you with the opportunity to grow your business through stories of inspiration and determination, breakout sessions, the Expo Center, and networking at the Amazing Street Party and AJR Concert. Here’s a recap of the top 5:

1.  We started the day off with inspiration: CB Inspires.

  • Tony Farah of Coldwell Banker Realty merged being a caregiver with his passion for real estate. Tony was surprised onstage and awarded the Coldwell Banker Heroes Award.
  • Camden Schutte of Coldwell Banker 360 Team, spoke about his father, Rick, owner of Coldwell Banker 360 Team, and the company’s marketing director Lee Ann, who both decided to not let their stage 4 cancer diagnosis define their lives. Rick Schutte was invited onstage and presented the Preserving the Trust Award.
  • Denise Kinney of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, spoke about daring to be more. The company’s CEO Tim Milam was invited onstage and presented with the Chandler Barton Spirit Award.
  • Paula Head, Senior Director of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s Patient Outreach Team, shared her powerful story of her experience with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital when her daughter, Carson, was undergoing treatment. After Paula, Coldwell Banker CEO M. Ryan Gorman joined Paula onstage and challenged Coldwell Banker to raise $10,000 for the children of St. Jude during the event. In a matter of hours, we raised more than $90,000! You can show your support by donating here.

2.  Congratulations to the Coldwell Banker® award winners who were recognized at the CB Inspires session:

  • Tony Farah – Coldwell Banker Heroes Award
  • Lori Arnold – Woman on the Move Award
  • Rick Schutte – Preserving the Trust Award
  • Tim Milam – Chandler Barton Spirit Award
  • Nancy Huddleson – Stars of Hope Award

3.  We pulled out all the stops when it came to learning sessions at Gen Blue®. From lead generation to pricing, social media, video, and everything in between, the 2022 Gen Blue Experience® had more than 70 breakout sessions and masterminds to choose from. These courses were key in continuing to build business as we move through this shifting market.

4.  Did you catch all the awesomeness happening at the Expo Center? Maybe you met some of the Coldwell Banker brand’s valued partners in Exhibitor Alley or learned about Coldwell Banker products at the Innovation Lab. Perhaps you made connections in the Networking Lounge or struck a pose in the Headshot Lounge or 360-Degree Photo Booth. We certainly hope you visited the Wellness Area to get in a quick massage, cuddle cute puppies, and grab a coffee!

5.  Last but certainly not least, we closed out the evening with the Amazing Street Party and AJR Concert at the Duce. This party was EPIC! From the complimentary food and drinks to rocking out to AJR under the starry sky, this is one closing night party we won’t soon forget!

Gen Blue would not be possible if it weren’t for you. Thank you to our incredible network of agents, brokers, managers, and staff for making the 2022 Generation Blue Experience an event to remember.
